Another rote and maudlin documentary from Colin Hanks (this guy even leaves in the obligatory crying heads in his Tower Records movie). While the film does capture some of the things that made Candy a one-of-a-kind entertainer, it leaves out so much in favor of repeating the same sentiments and observations over and over and over.
