Another unsatisfying doc about Orson Welles that explores him as if he was a cosmic riddle or a tragic Shakespearian character (he was neither). Neville uncovers some as-yet unseen Other Side of the Wind footage and a few new storytellers (Rich Little!) but there's scant for aficionados, and those who know nothing about Welles will be baffled as to why they should care.
