Like Radner's life and career, this biographical documentary is funny, touching, and much too brief. The blend of remembrances, TV clips, audio recordings, and home movies works well. But contemporary comedians reading from Radner's diary fall flat. Amounts to a nice remembrance for older viewers, and a basic intro for young folks.
